Jason McDougall has been the CEO of Fields, a western Canadian department store chain since 2012. He has learned much from motivational speaker and author Anthony Robbins, who taught McDougall, as well as many others, to face their fears. McDougall even participated in the famous fire walk with Robbins as a demonstration of conquering his fears and pushing them aside to help him succeed.
